Kyle had several friends from school able to come over.

I can't believe Kyle is 8 years old!

Kyle is still into LEGOS and loves Star Wars.  We figured he's big enough for his own alarm now.  It seems to be working nicely.

He was pretty excited about this one.  They played this for days.

I like that he is able to use all that creativity in something fun.

Kyle is so funny watching this work every time.

And since Great Grandma Campbell wasn't here, I got to make my first "8" cake.  It was so good!

Fashion

This outfit was too funny to pass up commenting on.  She's pretty creative.  I know why little girls always look a little weird at this age--it's easier to not fight it!  Too much drama!

Kyle, on the other hand, would wear the same thing for days, and sleep in them, too.  Don't worry, I keep an eye on him.  He has to wear shorts every day, no matter the weather.  Lucky for us, his top and bottom are both the same color.

Christmas 2011

I can't believe I don't have the Christmas pictures up yet!  My last post was March 15th and I just keep thinking, "Wow, six weeks! That's a long time."  But then I think, "Has it really only been six weeks?  I swear it was just the other day I was on here."

We had an awesome day!  I love to see everyone so happy!
